While driving back home in Denpasar, Bali, Rico Soegiarto stumbled upon a severely emaciated Siberian Husky with no fur, buried halfway in the road. The poor dog was riddled with wounds, making it hard to identify her breed. Seeing her pitiful state spurred Rico into action, prompting him to rescue her.
Upon setting eyes on the adorable puppy, Rico’s heart melted immediately, despite already having four rescue dogs. He was drawn to her by the optimism reflected in her sparkling blue eyes, which led him to name her Hope.
Rico discovered Hope and brought her back to his place, where she started to recover. He gave her regular medicinal baths and made sure she ate plenty of food to help her regain weight and grow her fur back. Rico’s dedication and care played a crucial role in nursing Hope back to good health.
As time passed, Hope’s sense of self grew stronger and her self-assurance increased. With her hair slowly growing back, she underwent a transformation that made her appear completely different.
A year has passed since Hope’s remarkable transformation, and now she is a stunning and healthy Husky. Rico not only saved and rehabilitated Hope, but he also welcomed her into his home as a beloved companion.
Hope is currently enjoying a wonderful life in Bali alongside Rico and his family, embracing the opportunity to start afresh and live life to the fullest!
